About friendship booklets

Friendship booklets ( short FB´s ) are small and nice handcraftet paperbooklets for a special person.

Small booklets made for the purpose of getting and sharing penfriends. Someone makes one, sends it to another penfriend.

That person can write their name, address and interests in it, then pass it to another penfriend.

This continues until the FB is full. Then it's sent back to the person who made the book or to this special person.

And why this FB ?
Anyone who handles the book along the way can write to anyone else in the book, except people who say they want no penpals.

Slams work in a similar way to FB's.

There is a 'sign-in page' with numbers, by which you write your name & address or stick your label.

Inside, each page has a question, such as: "Are you a collector? If so, what?" or "Do you want new pen pals?"

You then add your answer next to your number. Then, as with FB’s, you pass the slam to another pal inside your letter.
